TERMS: Net 30 days. Prices are exclusive of Federal, State and Local taxes.

RETURN GOODS: 25% restocking fee on any returned goods other than shipping errors or defective products.  All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number or product will not be accepted.

FREIGHT: Freight for online domestic U.S. orders is pre-paid. Freight for online international orders is collect and dependent upon shipping destination.

LIMITED WARRANTY: SELLER warrants its branded Articles to the original BUYER to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for the purpose intended by qualified personnel. The warranty shall extend six months from date of delivery. Notice of any such claimed defect must be given in writing to SELLER no later than 30 days after BUYER has reason to believe that a defect exists. SELLER shall have the right to inspect the claimed defective Articles at such time and place as it reasonably requests. Articles shall be returned to SELLER only upon written authorization and at SELLER’S cost. THIS WARRANTY IS GRANTED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SELLER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON SELLER’S PART. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR WITH THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE ARTICLES FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. SELLER’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED, AND BUYER’S REMEDY IS LIMITED TO, EITHER: (1) REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE ARTICLES, OR AT SELLER’S OPTION, (2) RETURN OF THE ARTICLES AND REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE: AND SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE BUYER’S ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

The warranty for articles not covered by Seller’s warranty shall be limited to that available from the original manufacturer, if any.
